Customise Finishing
Customise Nero Salon Chair with any fabric from REM range. All REM fabrics are fire retardant to Crib 5. When placing the order, make sure to include the fabric choice. Experiment with various combinations using the visualiser here.
Logo embroidery
Logo embroidery at the back of the chair is available. Please contact us for further information.
Avoid lifting the chair by the chair top alone, as the chair top and pump have a tapered fit. This could lead to the pump and base disconnecting from the chair top and plate. If the chair needs to be moved regularly, it's highly recommended to install an additional bolt to mechanically connect the pump and plate.
Always remember to lock the pump (lift the pedal up) before moving the chair. Failing to do so could result in an air lock, causing the pump to jam or damage the seals and lose hydraulic fluid. This issue can often be resolved by applying weight to the chair while vigorously operating the pump.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
Cleaning: wipe down upholstry and metal parts using soft cloth and using mild soapy water. Avoid chemically damaging products. Dry and polish metal parts using a suitable proprietary metal cleaner.
Moving the chair
Avoid picking up the chair by the chair top as the pump and base could disconnect.
Floors: some floor types can be permanently stained from rubber based feet. Please check the guidelines from your flooring manufacturer. A non-rubber alternative foot is available by request.
