Really good pillow which has helped my neck! I would recommend sizing up, I think I bought king and it feels a little small. Other than that, super.

Works brilliantly with my Foreo Bear, maybe it may not have all the serum ingredients that the Foreo serum does but I find it more cost effective to buy a serum to use without the Foreo with the ingredients I want in reasonable amount and to use this for the larger volume which needs to be applied for effective microcurrent skin care.
