To customise the Natura Pedispa, select any laminate and fabric finish from the REM range. When placing the order, make sure to include the laminate and fabric choice. Use the visualiser here to explore different combinations of fabric and laminates.
Arm Fixing
Carefully lower arm caps onto arms, and push backwards to lock in position.
Backrest recline
Press the backrest button to move the backrest to a reclined position. Remove weight from the backrest and press the backrest button for the backrest to return to its upright position.
Basin Slide
On receipt of the pedispa, please adjust the feet on the base of the arms so that the basin catos are just touching the floor. This will ensure the basin drawer pulls out smoothly and the weight of the product and client is distributed to feed instead of the basin.
Footrest Adjustment
Lift up footrest to desired position. Press the button to lower the footrest.
Basin
Carefully remove the basin using the side handles to remove/add water.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
Use damp cloth for light dirt, mild detergent for tough stains. Avoid strong chemicals. Test cleaning methods first. Seek professional help for stubborn stains. Use warm water and gentle soap for non-oil-based stains, solvent-based cleaners for oil-based stains. Specific stains have unique treatment methods. Recommended cleaners: Clorox, Formula 409, Dawn, Glass Plus, Favor, Fantastik, Windex, Lestoil, Pledge, Lysol, Mr Clean, Top Job.
