We will email you 1 day before delivery with tracking information
Our couriers, Parcelforce, will also email and text you (provided you have given us your mobile number when ordering) with a day and time for the delivery. If this day/time is not convenient you can change the delivery to suit your needs.
If you are not at home when Parcelforce attempt to deliver - they will put a card through your letterbox so that you can than contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time/day

Does the price include VAT?
Yes - all our prices include VAT at 20%
What if my order arrives damaged?
You must sign for the delivery (from the courier) as damaged and notify us by email within 48 hours
Can I return the order for any reason?
Yes - all items can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving it
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight deliveries:

Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
Yes - in the check-out area you can enter an alternative delivery address if you wish
