Natural Living will deliver your purchase to your home or office as soon as possible after the receipt of your order. Most often the product will be in stock and will be dispatched to you the same-day if ordered before 12 noon (weekdays). Otherwise, your order will be dispatched the next working day. We use a next-day courier delivery service.
Some items, such as REM Couches and Salon Furniture, are made to order and these can take between 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Some items have to be imported to order such as Salli Saddle Chair and HAG Chairs and these can take 14 to 28 days for delivery.
Some products can be temporarily out of stock and we will the let you know the delivery timescale after you have placed the order or you can email us before you place the order for an estimated delivery date.
Delivery times stated on our website are a guideline only and do not form a contract.
A courier service is used for most deliveries - their delivery times are Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm.
We will automatically email your online parcel tracking information to you 1 day before delivery. Our couriers will send you an SMS text message on the morning of the delivery (provided you have given us your mobile number when ordering). If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver - they will put a card through your letterbox so that you can than contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time/day.
UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) : Orders with a total value of £100.00 or more have FREE DELIVERY. Orders under £100.00 will incur a delivery charge of £6.95.
Scottish Highlands and Islands : A delivery charge of £12.00 will be added to your order in the checkout.

Other Countries Worldwide : A delivery charge will be added to your order in the checkout. Residents can claim VAT exemption in the checkout.
For orders from outside of the UK mainland please email your name and address together with exact details of your order so that we can quote a shipping charge for your specific order. Orders placed online will have a fixed shipping charge added automatically but this may not be correct so please email us before ordering online if you are outside the UK mainland.
Can I give you specific delivery instructions?
Yes, you can write delivery instructions in the checkout. We will then pass this information on to the delivery courier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
You must sign for the delivery (from the courier) as damaged and notify us by email within 48 hours.
Can I return the order for any reason?
Yes - all items can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that you notify us within 30 days of receiving it (product has to be for personal use and has not been specifically made to order to your selected specifications).
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
Yes - in the check-out area you can enter an alternative delivery address if you wish.
