To adjust the height of the couch, use the food control unit, which consists of 2 control buttons.
To recline the backrest, you need to remove any weight from the backrest and then press the backrest button to move it to a raised position. If you want to bring the backrest back to its horizontal position, apply some force to it and then press the backrest button.
Make sure to check that the voltage on your bed's rating plate matches that of your electrical supply. If you have any doubts, it's better to seek advice from your local electrical contractor. You should use a suitable 3-pin plug, which should be fused at 5 amps. Also, ensure that the equipment is placed in such a way that the plug is easily accessible at all times.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
To ensure client safety while using REM couches, use protective covers or a couch role. Use good-quality brushed cotton sheets to prevent oil seepage into leather or vinyl upholstery. Use fitted sheets to prevent oil contact with upholstery and avoid using industrial cleaners. Instead, wash your massage table with mild soap and warm water and pat dry or use remsan for better cleaning.
