Base options
Choose from 2 base options: a 5-star base in black or a quadra base. Select your preference on this product page when placing an order. Please note that additional costs may apply.
Moving the Chair:
- Avoid lifting the chair solely by the top as the chair top and pump are tapered, which could lead to the pump and base disconnecting from the chair top and plate.
- For frequent chair movement, it's highly recommended to add an extra bolt to securely connect the pump and plate. Please contact REM for the bolt.
- Always remember to lock the pump (lift the pedal up) before moving the chair. Failing to do so may cause an air lock, leading to pump jamming, seal damage, or hydraulic fluid loss. If this occurs, apply maximum weight on the chair while vigorously operating the pump to dispel the air lock.
REM reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items. In the first year of ownership, REM may provide and install replacement parts or products for UK mainland customers. In the second and third years, and throughout years 1 to 3 for customers outside the UK Mainland, REM will provide replacement parts or products at its expense.
Clean with a damp cloth or mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of strong chemicals. Test cleaning methods in an inconspicuous spot first. Seek professional help for stubborn stains. Use warm water and gentle soap for non-oil-based stains and solvent-based cleaners for oil-based stains. Different stains require unique treatments. Recommended cleaners include Clorox, Formula 409, Dawn, Glass Plus, Favor, Fantastik, Windex, Lestoil, Pledge, Lysol, Mr Clean, Top Job.
