Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, click on any item that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Complete your Order" and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

Delivery Service
Natural Living will deliver your purchase to your home or office as soon as possible after the receipt of your order.
City Link courier service are used for most deliveries - their delivery times are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
If free delivery is being offered it applies to UK mainland only. You will be notified by email of any shipping charge.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 15% VAT is included in our displayed prices. Orders from outside the European Union or from Registered Charities (certain circumstances) can claim VAT exemption.

Guarantee
All of our products carry at least a one year manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee. If you receive any item that is faulty, contact us by e-mail (quoting your order number) and we'll be happy to provide an exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us by email within 7 days from delivery date and we will exchange the item(s) or refund your payment less delivery costs. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled. All goods must be returned in their orginal packaging.
DAMAGED GOODS: If goods have been damaged in transit then please inform us by email within 2 days of receipt and we will exchange or offer a full refund.
