We will arrange delivery of your order as soon as we can - please allow up to 21 days.
We will automatically email your online parcel tracking information to you 1 day before delivery. Our couriers will send your an SMS text message on the morning of the delivery (provided you have given us your mobile number when ordering). Normal delivery hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver - they will put a card through your letterbox so that you can than contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time/day.

Does the price shown include VAT?
Yes - all our prices include VAT at 20%
Does the price shown include delivery?
Orders with a total value over £99.00 have FREE DELIVERY. Orders under £20.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 and will usually be sent by Royal Mail. Orders between £20.00 and £98.99 will incur and delivery charge of £6.95 and will usually be sent by courier.
What if my order arrives damaged?
You must sign for the delivery (from the courier) as damaged and notify us by email within 48 hours.
Can I return the order for any reason?
Yes - all items can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address?
Yes - in the check-out area you can enter an alternative delivery address if you wish.
What about deliveries to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight?
An additional charge does apply and this is shown in the check-out area or you can email us for details.
What about deliveries to other countries in Europe and Worldwide?
We suggest that you email us with your full address and exactly waht you want to order so that we can obtain the best shipping quote before you place your order.
