Benefiting from a dual-motor system, the Vplate Pro delivers stimulating Whole Body Vibration (WBV) to deliver optimal results for the user in the shortest space of time whilst being quiet compared to many cheaper imitations. The vibration delivered on the Vplate Pro is Tri-planar, mostly vertical, forcing the body to perform reflexive muscle actions in multiple directions. The result is a greater muscle stimulus on every exercise that is performed. Truly, working the body from the inside out.

The Vplate Pro has been designed to give the best user experience. Twin consoles make adjusting the settings easy from any position. The machine has a Quick Start function for users who want to get straight into their exercises. For more guidance, the Vplate Pro benefits from an in-built Personal Trainer function that includes 4 pre-set exercise programmes to follow. Each programme targets a different area of the body and includes 6 different exercises to perform, all conveniently illustrated in the machine console. This encourages new users to vibration training as it is easy and motivating to follow.

Further programming options are included in the Vplate Pro with the 3 User Programmes. These individual programmes can be customised to suit the user and they are stored on the machine’s memory.

For comfort and stability, the base of the machine has an anti-slip rubber surface. The machine includes a soft-top cushioned mat for laying down exercises. There is a Balance Crossbar for multiple hand positions and to increase the user’s stability whilst exercising. Other accessories include two adjustable workout straps which give further workout options and are excellent for developing upper body strength and muscle tone.
