The Mini is easily stored due to its slim design with the back wheels making it easy to manoeuvre. The light weight makes the Mini easy to pick up and move. Despite the light weight, the machine still delivers an impressive 50Hz frequency for impressive muscle stimulation.

The Vplate Mini has a dual-motor system delivering Whole Body Vibration (WBV). This gives optimal results for the user in the shortest space of time. The vibration delivered on the Vplate Lite is Tri-planar, mostly vertical, forcing the body to perform reflexive muscle actions in multiple directions. The result is a greater muscle stimulus on every exercise that is performed. Truly, working the body from the inside out.

The Vplate Mini is uniquely operated by its own Remote Control, allowing the user to easily adjust the machine settings from any position. The machine has a Quick Start function for users who want to get straight into their exercises. As well as Manual programme, there are also 3 pre-set exercise programmes to follow. Each one varies the frequency, exercise time and rest time.

For comfort and stability, has an anti-wear rubber surface. The machine includes a soft-top cushioned mat for laying down exercises. Other accessories include two adjustable workout straps which give further workout options and are excellent for developing upper body strength and muscle tone.
