UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) : Orders with a total value over £99.00 have FREE DELIVERY. Orders under £20.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 and will usually be sent by Royal Mail. Orders between £20.00 and £98.99 will incur and delivery charge of £6.95 and will usually be sent by courier.
Scottish Highlands and Islands : A delivery charge of £12.00 will be added to your order in the checkout.

For orders from outside of the UK mainland please email your name and address together with exact details of your order so that we can quote a shipping charge for your specific order. Orders placed online will have a fixed shipping charge added automatically but this may not be correct so please email us before ordering online if you are outside the UK mainland.
Natural Living will deliver your purchase to your home or office as soon as possible after the receipt of your order.
Delivery times stated on our website are a guideline only and do not form a contract. We often rely upon international import shipments which sometimes have unpredicatable delivery dates and can therefore affect our expected customer delivery dates.
A courier service is used for most deliveries - their delivery times are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
We will automatically email your online parcel tracking information to you 1 day before delivery. Our couriers will send your an SMS text message on the morning of the delivery (provided you have given us your mobile number when ordering). If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver - they will put a card through your letterbox so that you can than contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time/day.
If you have provided us with a mobile telephone number and/or email address, you will receive a text and/or email from the courier on the morning of your delivery avising you of the 2 hour window in which your order will be delivered.
Can I give you specific delivery instructions? Yes, you can write delivery instructions in the checkout. We will then pass this information on to the delivery courier.
What if my order arrives damaged? You must sign for the delivery (from the courier) as damaged and notify us by email within 48 hours.
Can I return the order for any reason? Yes - all items can be returned for a refund or exchange provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving it (product has to be for personal use and has not been specifically made to order to your selected specifications).
Can I have my order sent to an alternative address? Yes - in the check-out area you can enter an alternative delivery address if you wish.
