I have had several operations on my hand, elbow & shoulders. This lotion was introduced to me by a co-worker with the same problems. It is so great. It relieves pain for sometime. My husband has had elbow pain from an ocean fishing trip. I gave him the lotion to try and he thought it was a great product, also.

Have used for years to quite back pain but now my athletic grand kids have discovered the Polar Lotion and use it for aching muscles after playing basketball or football. I have also recommended it to numerous friends who also found it helpful.
